The Linen Doctor does not provide credit for it's clients. Payment for services is due when the reclaimed linens are delivered back to the owner/client. If payment is not presented at time of delivery, the linen doctor will hold all reclaimed linens until payment is received. It will be the client's responsibility to pick up an order if payment is not made upon the first delivery.
Pick up/Drop off service is available within a 50 mile radius of Dayton, Ohio. The Linen Doctor also has a minimum pick up requirement of 60 pounds or more of stained/unusable linens. The Linen Doctor does not accept drop off orders.
The Linen Doctor strives for perfection, but let's face it, we are not going to be able to reclaim 100% of linens. There is no guarantee on the amount of linen we will be able to reclaim for your hotel. However, we only charge for each piece of linen that has been successfully reclaimed and can be put back into use at your hotel.
All linens being sent through the Linen Doctor are already in non useable condition. The Linen Doctor will not be responsible for thinning, rips, tears, discoloration or any other unforeseen damage that may occur in the reclaim process. The linen doctor will not pay for, reimburse or provide and type of monetary credit for damaged linens. By using the services you agree to these terms and conditions.
